May 22, 2026, Rockville, MD – Preparations are in full swing for the TCU/IAM 37th Grand Lodge Convention, taking place during the first week of August. Proposed Convention Rules are now being mailed to all delegates as excitement continues to build for one of the union’s most important gatherings.
This year’s Convention theme, “Celebrating our Firsts and Committing to our Future,” reflects both the proud history and forward momentum of TCU/IAM. Throughout the week, delegates will recognize the groundbreaking achievements and hard-fought victories secured over the past four years while charting the course for the union’s future priorities, resources, and continued growth. It is a moment to honor where we have been and define where we are going next.
