National Secretary-Treasurer
National Secretary-TreasurerGreg Kocialski was elected National Secretary-Treasurer of the Transportation Communications Union (TCU/IAM) by the TCU Executive Council, effective May 1, 2024.
Greg began his railroad career in 1994 as a ticket agent with Amtrak. His leadership journey within the union began in 2005 when he was elected to the Board of Trustees for Local Lodge #491, followed by his election as Local Chairman in 2008.
In 2014, Greg was appointed Division Chairman of Unit #86. He was later appointed Assistant National Representative of Unit #96 in 2019 by then-National President Robert Scardelletti and promoted to National Representative in 2021. At the 2022 TCU/IAM Convention, Greg was elected National Vice President.
In addition to his duties as National Secretary-Treasurer, Greg continues to serve as Vice President representing TCU members at Amtrak. The largest union workforce within the company, maintaining a direct connection to the members he serves.
