International Representative Joe Derillo attended a Safety Team meeting for Local Lodge 5092 on September 21, 2009. The meeting was designed to address safety concerns and to find avenues to resolve those concerns. The committee reviewed “hot spots” on the right of way and positioning of watchmen for these locations.
Joe Derillo said, “I am extremely proud of the progress and sincere commitment these Supervisors are making to Amtrak for a safer working environment for all employees.”
