Effective May 1st Jack Dinsdale was elected TCU Vice-President by the TCU/IAM Executive Council to replace the position of retiring Vice-President Tom Truhler.
Brother Dinsdale began his railroad career on Amtrak in 1974. He was elected District Chairman of TCU Local 2507 in 1994. In 1998 he was elected Vice General Chairman of System Division 250 and in 2005 he was elected Assistant General Chairman.
Jack was appointed as an Assistant International Representative of Unit 86 in 2006 and appointed as National Representative of Unit 87 in 2011, a position he held until his election to Vice-President.
