“The IAM strongly supports the effort by Sens. Brown and Wyden to curtail corporate incentives to outsource work to Mexico.
In an Amtrak train stalled in mountain snow, with 183 people stranded, James Lake didn’t hesitate to give a hand. James is an on-board lead service attendant for Amtrak and member of TCU Local 2508.

Yesterday, TCU/IAM members from Amtrak’s Riverside call center rallied to save their jobs.
Nearly 600 Machinist Union Members at United Launch Alliance will soon vote on a new offer from the company. The negotiating committee is recommending this new agreement to the membership.
