In their continuing effort to expand the resources available, on June 10 the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) launched a redesigned, more easily navigated website.
While website visitors will experience more streamlined access to essential information, all relevant content and functionality will remain the same. Members may view the updated website features at www.rrb.gov. The redesigned site now allows visitors the flexibility of viewing information from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Active and retired railroad employees can more easily access Benefit Online Services directly by clicking on Login located at the upper right hand corner of their homepage. Also, the Field Office Locator provides contact information for the nearest RRB district office.
As ongoing enhancements continue, the RRB encourages visitors to report any malfunctions or technical problems directly to the webmaster by clicking on Website Feedback under Useful Links in order to prompt a quick resolution. Sensitive information should not be included in these reports.
