A comprehensive ratification package will be mailed to each Amtrak member – Carmen, Clerks, On Board Service Workers and Supervisors on February 1, 2018. Ballots will be mailed to the members’ address of record. Members not receiving a ballot for any reason will be able to request one through a procedure that will be announced on this website. Each ratification package is craft specific and each TCU craft is a separate ratification process.
For each member thousands of dollars are at stake. Every member should carefully review the ratification package and VOTE. Ballots must be received by TCU by February 27, 2018.
