TCU/IAM congratulates Ed Dowell on his newly elected position as ATDA President. “Congratulations to President Dowell. I have known and worked with Ed for many years and know he is an effective labor leader who will do a great job leading the ATDA. Being the successor to Leo McCann is no small task. Leo is a legend in rail labor who has done a great job for the ATDA. I wish Leo the best for a long and prosperous retirement. I know the ATDA will continue to be in great hands with their leadership team and Ed at the helm,” TCU/IAM National President Artie Maratea.
National President Emeritus Bob Scardelletti worked closely with Leo during his career, “I have known and worked with Leo my entire railroad career. His dedication to the membership of TCU and ATDA is a credit to the Labor movement, and he will be missed. I wish him much success in his retirement.”
