TCU members working at METRA will be eligible for paid parental leave thanks to a new agreement effective January 1, 2023. The agreement provides up to four (4) weeks of paid leave for parents to bond with newborn or adopted children. “The ability for parents to have access to paid time to care for newborn or adopted children is significant and now all of our Clerical, Carmen and ARASA members at METRA will have that.
