A historic agreement for Paid Parental Leave was negotiated on Metra. This Agreement was negotiated by TCU National Representative Ricky Reilly. It will provide for 4 weeks of parental leave pay for parents to bond with newborns or adopted children.
The Agreement is effective January 1, 2023 and is also retroactive to January 1,2022. This is a historic Agreement, which is the only Paid Parental Leave negotiated Agreement of the BRC Union.
