The Brotherhood Railway Carmen Division/TCU (BRC) has ratified the Delaware and Hudson Railway Company, Inc. (D&H) Agreement by 100% & also, the CP Soo Line Agreement by 89.7%. These agreements achieved the same historic wage increases and other entitlements as the National agreement.
BRC General President Don Grissom said, “I would like to thank NR Cox, ANR Wilson, NR Reilly & ANR Schlamadinger for their assistance in getting these contracts ratified.”
