TCU/IAM NATIONAL SECRETARY-TREASURER (NST) STAN BOYD ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT AND NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT GREG KOCIALSKI ELECTED NEW NST

 
TCU/IAM National Secretary-Treasurer Stan Boyd announced his retirement effective May 1, 2024.  Brother Boyd will enter retirement with forty-four (44) years as a TCU/IAM member serving in a variety of different positions at both the Local and National levels.  He has served as National Secretary-Treasurer since December 1, 2016.  
 
“NST Boyd has served the members of our great union for many years and in a variety of positions. Stan has always kept our members’ interests as his top priority.  Our union and our members are better because of his service.  Stan is a great union leader but more than that, he is my friend.  Myself and all of TCU/IAM wish him a happy and healthy retirement,” said TCU/IAM National President Artie Maratea.
 
The TCU/IAM Executive Council elected Greg Kocialski to National Secretary-Treasurer effective May 1, 2024. Brother Kocialski is a thirty (30) year TCU/IAM member who was hired on with Amtrak in 1994 and first elected as Local Chairman of Local 491 in 2008.  Greg began working as an Assistant National Representative for Unit 96 in 2019 and was elected to the Executive Council at the 36th Grand Lodge Convention in 2022.  
 
“I congratulate Brother Kocialski on being elected as the next NST of our Union.  I know he will do a great job, and I look forward to working with him in his new role,” said TCU/IAM President Maratea.
