TCU Member Allen Lowe Fatally Injured at the Wauhatchie Rail Yard
On April 13, 2019, a locomotive at the Wauhatchie Rail Yard in Chattanooga, TN fatally struck Carman Allen C. Lowe, member of TCU Local 6673. This accident is still under investigation by the NTSB. Allen C. Lowe was 46 years old and resided in Erwin, TN. He is a member of the TCU Carmen
