A recent letter from TCU President Bob Scardelletti announced that for the first time, the annual 2013 Open Enrollment for members covered under the Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan (Plan), would be done online.
Members will be receiving a postcard in the near future, which will announce the new electronic Open Enrollment. The postcard and the attached article instructs members to watch their mail in September for a personalized letter which will provide information on how and when to access the secure online railroad Enrollment Services portal at www.rrinfodepot.com; should they need to make any changes to their benefits, i.e., add/remove dependents, switch insurance companies, etc.
