Brother Rodriguez is a 35 year TCU Member and served as a Shop Steward for 15 years. TCU Clerks, Carmen and Supervisors Reach Tentative Agreement with Keolis
A Labor Coalition, consisting of TCU, IAM, BRC, ARSA, IBB, TWU, NCFO and SMART- Mechanical, came to an agreement with Keolis on Thursday October 4th.
