On October 26 TCU members working at CSX Intermodal Terminals, Inc. completed their agreement ratification process. 66% of the workforce participated in voting and voted overwhelmingly to approve the agreement.
This agreement used the recent National Agreement as a basis for general wage increases but also contained additional economic and work rule improvements as well as addressed a number of pay disparities among the current workforce.
