Department of Labor Judge Awards $160,000 to TCU Amtrak Member in Historic Injury Retaliation Case
TCU member Nicole Anderson has been awarded substantial damages by a Department of Labor Administrative Law Judge, who found that Amtrak retaliated against her after she filed an injury report. In a decision that is considered the first under the 2007 amendment to the Federal Rail Safety Act (FRSA), the judge awarded Anderson: • $2,666.67

In an overwhelming 4 to 1 margin TCU members ratified a new contract with Springfield Terminal (Pan Am RR). The new contract includes 18 percent wage increases spread out over 5 years.
Long Island Railroad Unions Rally Monday August 30 to Save Jobs from Lay-Offs
