TCU member Nicole Anderson has been awarded substantial damages by a Department of Labor Administrative Law Judge, who found that Amtrak retaliated against her after she filed an injury report. In an overwhelming 4 to 1 margin TCU members ratified a new contract with Springfield Terminal (Pan Am RR). The new contract includes 18 percent wage increases spread out over 5 years.
