September 7, 2007 —Unit 320 International Representative Leonard Bauman of North Little Rock, Arkansas, has been elected Chairman of the Carmen Division Executive Board. August 15, 2007—Clerical Canadian Pacific Railroad (SOO Line) members, represented by TCU Unit 46, overwhelmingly ratified an agreement on August 15 with 91 percent of those voting.
