TCU recently reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) with CSX Intermodal Terminals, Inc. This agreement will be going out for ratification by the members working at CSX Intermodal next week. Ratification is now underway for all Carmen and clerical members working under the National Freight Agreement. Today, TCU/IAM reached a Tentative Agreement with the National Carrier’s Conference Committee (NCCC). This Agreement will now go out for ratification by the members.
